Breakfast done right.

When you are bunkered down in a hut with no real plan for the day these smoothies offer a handy substitute for breakfast. Don't be deterred by the "post workout" motif, you can always claim you did a big workout the before.. Super tasty and packed full of good stuff and have a sweet taste which is always nice when on the trail. Also good as a filler between main meals or even to replace a meal if are on the run and can’t boil any water.
