Compostable Packaging

All of our mailing bags are 100% home compostable (even the sticky tape)  so please place in your compost or local council FOGO recycling bin. Any wrapping paper, shipping boxes and protection we use is recycled and can also be composted or reused. We encourage all customers to recycle all packaging.

If you order is more that $150 we will ship it for free via regular post or courier (express options are available)

If the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following business day.

The below estimated shipping times apply if your order is placed during a weekday

  • 2-5 business days Standard Shipping (Metro Areas)
  • 1-3 business days Express Shipping (Metro Areas)
  • 2-7 business days Standard Shipping (Rural)
  • 2-5 business days Express Shipping (Rural)

Shipping times may vary depending on location and if your order has been placed in a peak time. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier, depending on what method is fastest to your location.

If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place please request "Safe Drop" in your order notes. And provide any other information on where you would like the parcel left.

If your parcel is not collected within 10 working days, it will be sent back to us. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unsure as to where your parcel is located.

International Shipping

International Shipping will be calculated at checkout providing your country is on our system. If not, please contact us for a custom quote and shipping solution. Please note that we will accept returns from International Orders but return postage must be paid by the customer.  Please beware that you may be liable for local import duties and taxes when your item arrives in your country, check with your local authorities. 

We have flat rate shipping for anywhere out of Australia and NZ but we will refund you the portion of the shipping cost not used if it is cheaper. You can always contact us for am exact quote.


All orders will be tracked and you will be notified via SMS or Email of a tracking number once Australia Post has received your parcel.

Limited Shipping Options

We may not be able to deliver to the following locations due to restricted access for deliveries:

    • Auction houses
    • Malls or shopping centres
    • Furniture and retail stores
    • Hospitals
    • Military bases
    • Airports 

That’s because getting into these places can be tricky or prohibited altogether without access to a docking bay (something that’s often required at these types of locations).

Something Damaged or not right?

Care is taken when packing orders so if something arrives to you damaged or is an incorrect order, please contact at within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. You must include photos with date and time stamps and detailed descriptions. All information will be used to make a claim with the manufacturer.


If the item you want to return/exchange is in new, unused/unworn condition—including tags and original packaging —and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase date we may accept returns. For all change of mind or exchange orders return postage will be paid by you either from any refund or will be invoiced prior to dispatch of exchanged items.

Any items from our Clearance Collection cannot be returned

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and request a return as this is the fastest way to have it processed.

Log in to your account (you will need to create an account if you don't have one using the email you used to purchase):

  1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received and approved or rejected your refund.

The return service is via our postage service that we will arrange. Postage for returned items that are returned via a service that you have paid for will not be refunded.

Please note that we will accept returns from International Orders but return postage must be paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that abuse our unused/unworn policy. We reserve the right to not accept returns for change of mind on the following products:

  1. Next to skin clothing such as socks, thermals and gloves.
  2. Sleeping bags, liners and inflatable mats
  3. Electronic devices that have been opened, used or the use can not be determined
  4. Safety Equipment such as PLBs. GPS or whistles.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received and approved or rejected your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed less a 5% restocking fee and return shipping then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
