The team leading this course were nothing short of exceptional. Both facilitators brought deep, real-world experience — one a long-distance thru-hiker who has tackled multiple multi-week trails, the other a Personal Trainer & nutritionist with a passion for wholefoods. That combination of genuine wilderness expertise and culinary skill made for a dynamic, authoritative teaching duo. They were warm, approachable, and endlessly patient with questions, never making anyone feel silly for not knowing the difference between canister and alcohol stoves. Highly recommend!
