Fantastic Class!
I signed up for this class half-expecting a few basic tips about tinfoil packets and instant noodles. What I walked away with was a completely transformed approach to cooking in the outdoors. This course exceeded every expectation I had, and then some.
The team leading this course were nothing short of exceptional. Both facilitators brought deep, real-world experience — one a long-distance thru-hiker who has tackled multiple multi-week trails, the other a Personal Trainer & nutritionist with a passion for wholefoods. That combination of genuine wilderness expertise and culinary skill made for a dynamic, authoritative teaching duo. They were warm, approachable, and endlessly patient with questions, never making anyone feel silly for not knowing the difference between canister and alcohol stoves. Highly recommend!

Found these guys randomly online while looking for some OR gear, thank god I did! Ended up going in store to try on some jackets and the guy serving me was one of the nicest blokes ever!
I frequent day hikes, but am new to overnights and have honestly never had such a helpful staff member in any shop!
