Amazing customer service! I purchased a pair of Bedrock clogs, which have very tricky sizing. Reviews across the internet will recommend sizing ranging from “your normal size” to “2-full sizes up”. Bedrocks offers a range of print out for the sandals, but none for the clogs. The team at PAST contacted me to check I had the ordered the correct size, helpfully drawing on the personal experience and kindly offering expert guidance. Thank you!

In a world of soulless corporate chains PAST outdoors is a breath of fresh air. They stock high quality equipment and supplies for all your adventure needs. More importantly they are operated by and employ people who actually use the gear and want to make sure you get good advice and the right equipment for whatever activity you have planned.

I haven’t had the chance to use the COBB grill yet, but I’m genuinely excited to. After researching for quite a while, this looked like exactly what I wanted — stainless steel construction, compact design, and so many different ways to cook with all the accessories available.

But honestly, the reason I wanted to leave this review already is because of the customer service and personal touch. The handwritten thank you note included with the order really stood out to me. In a world where so many companies feel automated and impersonal, taking the time to write a personal note says a lot about the people behind the business.

That kind of attention and appreciation for customers goes a long way. Looking forward to firing up the grill soon!
