The self defence course was excellent, informative and practical. It addressed the preparation needed before hitting the trail, what to do in the unfortunate situation if someone is following you (or attacking you) whilst on the trail, as well as post incident actions. We also learnt a few self defence moves which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this course.

First off, I really appreciate the enthusiasm the owners of PAST Outdoors have for the outdoors. Their enthusiasm is real, authentic and palpable.
“Getting Out There” away from the pavements and hum of the city, be it for a hour or a few days, requires thought, so that your mind is free to enjoy the track and bird song. The check list is well thought out, logical and useful.

The poles are fabulous, and the delivery was prompt and professional.

This checklist is REALLY helpful because the left hand column names the item and the right hand column explains why the item is important. I like that you can print it out if you wish and then tick off the items as you pack them for the particular adventure that you will be going on. This is a FREE DOWNLOAD that is worth having so you won't leave any important items home. I am going to laminate mine and use a white board marker on it so that it will be reusable.
