For those who are in a budget, but need warmth. This mat is not comfortable by any means, but its cheap and indestructible. You can take it anywhere and not worry about it popping. Also great if you are needing an R-rating boost in conditions where your inflatable sleeping pad is running cold.
Applied product as directed prior to first use of new ranger 3 boots. Went bush bashing through damp scrub the next day and then got caught in some rain on the way back to the car and my feet stayed dry the whole time, unlike the rest of me, so I'd say it works.
