I spent a long time searching for a 20L daypack that would work equally well for city and outdoor use, and this one ticks every box. I’m 165cm and the S/M fits well.
The bag has everything I was looking for: a stowable hip belt, well-designed pockets (including a super handy phone pocket on the shoulder strap), and roll-up adjustable straps that keep everything neat and tidy. The side pockets easily fit my 1L Nalgene, and the stretchy kangaroo pouch comfortably holds layers, wet gear, or camp shoes when the main compartment is full. Toggles for hiking poles and a waterproof cover were must-haves, and both work as needed.
I’ve used this pack on several multi-day hikes where I didn’t need to carry much gear, and it’s been very comfortable for 8+ hour days.
Great gloves for protecting hands from the wind when hiking. Big bonus that I can still use my phone with them on.
Love my new Nalgene! Staff were super helpful in helping me find the colour I was after.
This is a great mug.
Perfect example of one thing that does a few things. Cook a meal in it, boil water in it, drink a coffee out of it.
It’s light and strong.
The handles are good and don’t carry the heat from the stove for very long.
Side note, it’s not too large to use with an Aeropress.
Love the Radix meals. Have tried all of them now and they all taste great and are filling for long days on the trail. The overall size is great for keeping your pack lightweight and compact whilst still meeting your daily calorie/KJ goals.
