So I purchased the swig cap and I was going away on a trip that I needed to use it. The delivery was good until Australia post got a hold of it and dropped it on the road outside my house and it was run over several times. Safe to say the cap was no longer usable. I rang and the lovely lady helped me out and found another cap that she sent me express post. I got that in time and used it on my trip and it worked an absolute treat. It’s my new water bottle set up now and I can finally chuck the old gross bladder. Thank you so much for everything. (And yes I lodged a complaint with Australia post and I’m getting reimbursed)
