No more sticky fingers - I love the sea to summit long handled sporks. I can get to the hottomof the pot easily, and it’s lightweight to carry.
Nalgene bottles are bombproof, reliable and with the added bonus of being able to fill them with hot water, they turn into a nice little hot water bottle for winter camping. 10/10
Have tried a few knives trying to find an easy to use lightweight knife and this has finally met all my needs. Love the feel, ease of use and safety catch. Colour is a bonus as easy to find. I will be using this knife for rock activities as well as hiking and paddling.
The La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II Mid GTX has genuinely surprised me. After more than 100km of use across mixed terrain, they’ve proven far more durable than I expected for such a lightweight boot. Comfort was excellent straight out of the box, with virtually no break-in period required, and the fit feels secure without being overly stiff or bulky.
I’ve used them in wet conditions, snow, and rough backcountry terrain, and one of the standout features has been how quickly they dry once soaked. Despite their lightweight and relatively sleek build, they also perform better in colder conditions than expected — I never found them excessively cold, even in snow.
For anyone looking for a lightweight, comfortable boot that still feels capable in genuine mountain terrain, these are well worth considering. Excellent service from Past Outdoors as well.
