Helinox Passport TL120 Walking Poles

I have used these poles 4 times since purchase. They are amazing, so easy to fold down for easy storage and up for use, very light weight, comfortable in my hands and easy to adjust when on the trails for ascent and decent. I wish I had bought these poles when I first started hiking

I am in my 70’s and have poor balance. When walking daily I have to concentrate on staying vertical! A friend uses both poles, but I use only one. My pharmacist emphasised the need not to rely heavily on a walking aid because it is important to keep my leg muscles strong. My Helinox is perfect, for balance and my confidence.
