I have used one before on a Winter camp / hike in Big Yengo NP. I loved it, it provided enough light and sufficient heat to stop the original Chouinard Pyramid we were using from freezing overnight despite the -7 degree low. I always wanted my own but never really came across one in the flesh in AU. Then I came face to face with one on the displat at PAST Outdoors and the rest is history. Will update my candles to citronella when the supplied ones are done. Great product, simple concept.
Wearing these socks right now on a 39 day trip down the coast of Western Australia. Great product. You can easily get a few days out of them before you wash them and theyโre great in hot or cold climates. They maintain their spongy softness after multiple washes and donโt shrink if you put them in a clothes dryer, but donโt take days to dry if you just air them in the hotel room. Theyโre all I wear now.
