Not only do they taste great but they also keep you full. I find its gental on the tummy too.

I was very impressed with this dehydrated meal! It was my first time trying Real Meals. It is a quality product, even the packaging is high quality, the ziplock seal is top notch (it actually works). And the taste and texture of the meal itself was impressive. I would highly recommend this meal.
