I have used these flasks on many occasions, they hold the perfect amount of fluid for most premix sachets. They do not leak and when empty are very compact and lightweight. Cleaning is simple as there are very few parts to disassemble. I would highly recommend for running vests, and use in packs that have shoulder strap pockets!
It is sooo creamy and flavoursome gosh the cinnamon!! I could eat it right now!! Will definitely be taking on my next trip. The cut up apple pieces really added to it!
