You can redeem your points online by clicking the rewards app and heading to your account. You will be issued a code that you can write down or can be copied into your cart. Your reward will expire after 6 months from the date of issue and can not be used in conjunction with any other discount, sale items, industry quote or some products such as meal packs and some electronics.
Discounts and price matching.
We check our prices daily to ensure we remain competitive. If you see a price else where on the same product, that is in stock and similar service (shipping time, setup and advice) is offered we may match it at our discretion. We reserve the right to not offer a price match at anytime. We are industry experts and our time, knowledge and service is valuable. Please respect our staff when asking for discounts.
Sometimes we offer discount codes during sales and promotions. Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other discount and may not apply to items that are already discounted.
If you are part of a large group, a charity, work in the outdoors industry or Government organisation; we may be able to provide discounts on purchases at our discretion. All purchases that are made where a discount is given will be excluded from our rewards program.
