I just completed the 104km Great Ocean Walk over 6 days, and I can honestly say the Mammut Ultimate III Mid GTX hiking boots are the best I’ve ever owned. From coastal cliffs to muddy forest trails and rocky inclines, these boots handled everything with ease—rain, shine, and everything in between.
Comfort was a standout. Straight out of the box, they were supportive, breathable, and needed no breaking-in. My feet felt protected and stable the entire way, with zero blisters or sore spots—no small feat on such a long trek.
Huge thanks to Dave from Past who went above and beyond when my old trusty boots gave out just weeks before the trip. He made sure I was properly fitted and fully geared to tackle any terrain or weather condition. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a better pair of boots.

Long time down jacket in a stuff sack for a pillow type of guy but decided to try out an inflatable pillow for some added comfort. Was worried it might be like sleeping on a goon bag but was pleasantly surprised. Super comfortable and easily adjustable, warm and not at all noisy. Will be buying another one for my partner.
