Do you offer discounts for the Outdoor Industry?

Yes. If you are part of a Duke of Edinburgh program, an Outdoor Guide, member of our Defence Force, Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance service, You will be required to provide proof of service/employment.

Can I use my discount code on sale items?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be used on sale items as they are already heavily discounted. Although, you will still earn rewards points which can be used on future purchases.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Items must be in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Certain products like next-to-skin clothing, sleeping bags, electronic devices, and safety equipment cannot be returned for change of mind.

Approved returns will receive a refund less return shipping. Gifts can be returned for gift credit or refund to the gift giver.

Easy to install and works well

I used it with a 1L nalgene wide mouth and a CamelBak hose and the combination worked very well.

RIP leaky bladder...Hello hydration straw! 🤩

I'm obsessed with my new hydration straw, all my colleagues have been so jealous of this masterpiece I've had to buy them all one for their birthdays! Best thing since sliced bread, sorry but I'll never be using a leaky hydration bladder again. I love how I can still interchange my Nalgne lid to be straw mode or regular bottle mode!

Good Bottle

Bought it to backwash sawyer filter. It has the correct thread size and does that perfectly well. It can also recieve water from the filter and it collapses down very small. As a bottle to use in camp, it’s a bit harder to use as it doesn’t have that normal structural integrity. A couple of times I spilled quite a bit of water just grabbing it the wrong way.

Partner not keen on typical hydration bladder for multi day hiking was stoked when this arrived in the mail. No longer needing to rely on another person to access his pack side pocket water bottle or when solo, stop, take pack off, drink, re buckle and adjust pack. Big thumbs up team. Thx
