When sipping a nice brew it feels like absolute decadence . Certainly not the lightness of a titanium mug but the double wall keeps your drink warm for a long time and the quality is fantastic. It’s a great size too. I put the Soto windmaster stove inside and it’s ready to grab and go.
I can’t believe how quickly this stove boils a cup of water. My jetboil will be living in the cupboard from now on . Super light weight and stashed away into a little cup . Very easy to use . The igniter works well too .
Initially I thought it was too big but after a weekend away hiking with it I’m happy with the choice. I used this for drinking water and also carried a 500 ml for electrolytes. The perfect mix of the 2L combination.
Happy to say goodbye to the orange plastic shovel I’m been carrying around for years. It’s really effective, super light and easy to pack . An ultralight essential item.
Firstly, there was a lot of help and great advice from Past Outdoors regarding a suitable Bivvy for the Choquequirao hike. A bit cautious as I'll be on my own and might run out of steam or get hit with bad weather. Came back a week later to buy it and set it up at home. Superlight (500g), very warm , quality materials and plenty of space is what is to be found with the bivvy. Very happy with it.
