  • Chest:  Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
  • Shoulder to shoulder:   Measure from the outside of one shoulder across your back to outside of the other shoulder.
  • Sleeve Length:  Measure from the outside of the shoulder down to the wrist.
  • Upper Body Length:  Measure from the base of your neck and run it down the center of your spine, following the natural curves of your back, down to the natural waistline.
