These day packs are great. Useful for loose carry on items that don’t fit in a small handbag, or for side trip when you are on a full pack carry hike, or to have in your travel handbag and there is an unexpected opportunity to shop! Mine has done a lot of ks and zip works, it’s ok to carry a few litres of water for a side trip or a change of clothes if you head out from camp for a swim . ✅
Just used mine on a 4 day hike and it was perfect. It sat nicely in the side pocket of my backpack, was easy to see how much water I had left, easy to drink from, and I really liked that there is a little lever to close it and a cap for the mouthpiece. Also much easier to clean a bottle than a bladder. Love it.
Bought these for a birthday present, he loves them, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s wearing them to bed haha but no he loves them, the sizing recommendation to go up a size was spot on also. Thankyou for such a great customer service experience too
These boots strike a great balance between the out-of-the box comfort of a trail runner and the stability of a high boot. As noted in some other reviews the shape of the toe box is strange but if you're sizing up suitably (especially considering that they're gore-tex lined and so fit should be expected to be on the small side) it shouldn't cause issues. I have average width feet (29.4cm length, typically ~12.5US in casual shoes) and a size 14US fits great - enough space in the toe that swelling from long days and foot movement when walking downhill shouldn't cause issues.
Purchased this recently and have only had the opportunity at present to try it out at home. Nice flow rate compared to my old system, and the included 2 litre bladder giving the option of using it as a gravity fed system is great. Looking forward to trying it on trail.
