A lot less fuss to just use this and drink water from the bottle. No need to worry about changing flavours or cleaning bottles. Efficient and it works.

I have heaps of quilts and bags. I bought the -9 after Dave let me play with the spark vs the pro. It basically came down to weight and comfort. So far loving how warm it is. There definitely is a place for bags where you can just climb in and sleep. Less faf compared to quilts
